On Saturday 30 April, 67 bike riders of the motorcycle variety gathered for the Master Builders WA Ride Against Suicide.

After the ride was officially opened by the Commissioner for Mental Health Tim Marney, the bikers left Perth’s iconic Kings Park and toured around the Perth hills district towards Toodyay before returning to Kings Park.

MATES in Construction WA CEO Godfrey Baronie who also took part in the ride wanted to especially thank the Master Builders WA for organising the Ride Against Suicide.

“It’s was heartening to see such a great turnout to the ride,” he said.

“The support of the Master Builders Association in Western Australia goes a long way towards encouraging the construction industry to support MATES in Construction,” Godfrey said.
